Public Offer for the Provision of Services

This public offer (hereinafter – “Offer”) is an official proposal of individual entrepreneur Alina Andreyevna Gerasimova, Registration ID 316384051, registered on 05/06/2024 in Georgia (hereinafter – the “Contractor”), addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter – the “Customer”), to conclude a contract for the provision of services under the terms set out below.

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Offer constitutes a public contract under civil law and is binding on both parties.
1.2. Acceptance of the Offer is made by payment for the services of the Contractor.

2. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide online vocal training services through video lessons, audio tasks and other educational materials, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them under this Offer.
2.2. Services are provided exclusively in an online format.
2.3. The duration and scope of the course are specified on the Contractor’s website.

3. Price and Payment Terms
3.1. Prices for services are indicated on the Contractor’s website.
3.2. Payment is made before the start of the course through the payment systems indicated on the website.
3.3. Refund Policy:
 • A full refund is possible before the official start date of the course.
 • If access to the course is granted immediately (digital content, recordings, materials), refunds are not possible after such access has been provided.
 • After the start of the course, a refund may be made proportionally for the unused part of the services, unless otherwise stated for specific programs.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Contractor undertakes to:
 • Provide services in accordance with their description and schedule.
 • Ensure confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data.
 • Consider Customer requests and provide reasonable support.

The Customer undertakes to:
 • Timely pay for services.
 • Respect the intellectual property rights of the Contractor.
 • Use the services only for personal educational purposes.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All course materials are the intellectual property of the Contractor and are protected by applicable copyright law.
5.2. Materials are provided for personal educational use only.
5.3. Copying, distribution, commercial use, or transfer to third parties is prohibited without the Contractor’s prior written consent.

6. Cancellation and Postponement
6.1. In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), the Customer may contact the Contractor to discuss possible solutions. The Contractor will make reasonable efforts to provide support or postponement.

7. User Agreement (Terms of Use)

7.1. Registration and Account
 • The Customer may access course materials via the Bizon365 platform or Telegram bot, using login credentials (email, name, surname).
 • The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

7.2. Rules of Conduct
 • The Customer must not use the platform for spam, offensive behavior, or attempts to disrupt or hack the service.
 • Communication with other participants must be respectful.

7.3. Use of Materials
 • All course content is provided exclusively for personal educational purposes.
 • It is prohibited to use the materials for commercial purposes or transfer them to third parties.

7.4. Age Restrictions
 • Participation is allowed from the age of 18.
 • Adolescents under 18 may participate only with parental or guardian consent.

7.5. Payments and Access
 • Access to the course is granted after payment.
 • If access is granted immediately (digital content), refunds are possible only before the official start date of the course.

7.6. Termination of Use
 • The Contractor may restrict access to the platform in case of violation of these terms by the Customer.

8. Liability

8.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the inability to provide services caused by the Customer’s provision of incorrect or incomplete information.
8.2. The Contractor is not liable for temporary technical failures of third-party platforms (Bizon365, Telegram, Tilda, payment providers).
8.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

9. Governing Law
9.1. This Offer and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Georgia.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Offer enters into force upon its publication on the Contractor’s website and remains valid until revoked or amended.
10.2. The Contractor reserves the right to amend this Offer; the updated version is published on the website.
